Benefits of Improving The Etiquette of Telemarketers

by Michael on May 10, 2012

The thing that most people find unpleasant is talking to telemarketers on the phone. Many times, the person on the phone is not the most polite, and the customer just wants to end the call as soon as possible. As a business owner, this is something to be concerned about. The Penguin Strikes!

by Michael on April 29, 2012

Following our blog at the end of last week about Google’s recent update, we’ve seen it named ‘Penguin’. First came the Panda, now came the Penguin. What will Google think up next? The platypus? The porcuipine? Who knows, but what we all do know is that the recent update seems an absolute joke! Spend a couple of minutes searching the net about the update and you’ll quickly see reference to the top site ranking for the term ‘make money online’. This is in no way a quality site and Google should NOT be ranking it in the top 100 results, let alone the top 1! Come on Google, sort yourselves out!
